About the Role
Habib Bank AG Zurich is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive
PMO Project Coordinator
to support PMO governance, reporting, and coordination activities for the
GEN II migration program
. The role ensures alignment with PMO standards and Agile/Scrum practices while supporting senior project managers and stakeholders across the program.
Key Responsibilities

Support
PMO governance, coordination, and reporting
for the GEN II migration program

Ensure adherence to
PMO standards, Agile, and Scrum practices

Manage and maintain
project documentation
, including stage‑gate and governance artifacts

Support
sprint reporting
, backlog tracking, and release governance

Track
deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and cross
‑
functional dependencies

Prepare and maintain
dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting packs
-
Support portfolio‑level reporting and status updates
-
Assist in coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
-
Maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies
-
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to PMO leadership and executive stakeholders
-
Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting practices
Required Qualifications
-
BS
in Project Management, IT, or a related field from a reputable university with 3+ CGPA
-
3–5 years of experience
in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
-
MBA or MS in Project Management / MBA (IT)
is preferred

Project Management certifications
such as PMI‑CAPM, PMI‑ACP, SCM or equivalent
-
Strong hands‑on experience with
PM tools
like Jira, MS Project, Power BI, Advanced Excel

Experience working in
Agile environments

Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills
-
Ability to manage
multiple stakeholders and dependencies

Excellent
communication skills in English

Experience in
banking or regulated environments
is an advantage
