semi-governmental organization
is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Information Technology Services Specialist
to develop and implement a strategic plan for IT and digital transformation, aligning with the organization's direction.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Contribute to the implementation of the IT Department’s operational plan.

Execute network design, testing, and update processes, as well as maintain IT equipment and support systems.

Provide technical support to users and respond to inquiries efficiently and effectively in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
-
Assist in onboarding new employees and provide training on IT systems and applications.
-
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and associated services.
-
Manage Active Directory, including user account creation and Group Policy management.
-
Provide support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance.
-
Participate in the implementation of IT Service Management projects.
-
Contribute to achieving quality objectives and continuous performance improvement.
-
Communicate stakeholder-related feedback to the relevant departments.
-
Support the development, documentation, and dissemination of organizational knowledge.
Qualifications:
-
3-6 YoE in the same field.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

CompTIA A+

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server
-
Additional relevant certifications and training are preferred.
