Information Technology Specialist

Position Overview :


The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s hardware, software, and digital infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations. This includes providing technical support, setting up and maintaining meeting room equipment, managing IT inventory, administering communication channels, and overseeing printers and related supplies. The role requires proactive troubleshooting, hands-on technical expertise, and strong communication skills to support all departments.


Key Responsibilities :


Hardware & Software Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain company hardware and software systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Maintain updated records of software licenses and ensure compliance.

Meeting & Event Support

  • Set up and connect boardroom digital equipment (projectors, main screens, sound systems, conferencing tools) with laptops for seamless presentations.
  • Provide on-site IT assistance during meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Manage the connection of main screens for functions and ensure all AV equipment is functioning properly.

Printer & Office Equipment Management

  • Manage and service printers, including cartridge replacement and regular maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printing and scanning issues promptly.

IT Asset & Inventory Control

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets and equipment.
  • Track allocation of devices and accessories to staff.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues across the organization.
  • Provide timely resolution of hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or escalated support.

Communication Platform Administration

  • Manage email account creation, deletion, and access rights.
  • Administer official WhatsApp channels and other company communication tools.
  • Ensure secure access control to all IT systems.


Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role. (3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and common business applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Work Conditions:

  • On-site role with occasional after-hours support for events and functions.
  • Must be available on-call for urgent IT issues.
