As an IT Specialist your responsibilities will be:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network administration systems.
• Troubleshooting IT issues, resolving system outages, and providing technical support.
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal uptime for all IT resources.
• Managing IT security protocols to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Assisting with data backups.
• Managing inventory for IT equipment and recommending necessary upgrades or replacements.
• Deployment of IT devices such as computers, tablets, phone, printers, routers, and etc...
• Documenting IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
• Conducting periodic system analysis and audits to ensure compliance with organizational IT standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in IT Specialist
• Strong technical knowledge of desktop, server, and could-based systems
• Experience in IT security implementation and maintenance
• Knowledge of migrating Office 365 to Cloud
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Ability to manage and supervise team members
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
