We’re hiring an
IT Specialist
to ensure our global team stays connected and our systems remain secure and efficient. You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, providing the technical support and infrastructure stability that allows every Hudlie to do their best work for coaches and athletes worldwide.
Your Role:

Manage systems and security:
You’ll install, configure and maintain hardware and software while monitoring system performance to troubleshoot issues before they impact the team.

Protect our data:
You’ll ensure network security and data protection are top-notch, managing user accounts, permissions and access controls across our stack.

Support the team:
You’ll provide technical support and training to staff, helping them navigate our tools and maintaining an organized inventory of all equipment and licenses.

Plan for the unthinkable:
You’ll implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans to keep Hudl running no matter what.

Stay forward-looking:
You’ll stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our infrastructure is constantly improving.
Qualification:

Proven experience:
2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, with a track record o-f supporting network management and system administration.

Technically proficient:
You’re an expert in Windows Server, Linux and macOS, and you’re comfortable with virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V or ESXi.

Infrastructure savvy:
You have hands-on experience with modern IT tools including Okta, G Suite, Microsoft 365 and Intune.

A strong communicator:
You have a customer-service orientation and can explain technical concepts clearly to colleagues across the company.

Detail-oriented:
You’re organized, able to prioritize tasks and can manage an inventory of hardware and software licenses with precision.

Certifications:
You hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, MCSA or have specific experience with Firewalls and Linux.

Cloud-minded:
You have familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure.

Education:
You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
