Information Technology Specialist

To support the Bank’s IT functions across areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project coordination, while contributing to the organisation’s Emiratisation strategy and building a strong pipeline of Emirati talent.

We are looking to hire Fresh and experienced Emirati Talent.

• Assist in day-to-day IT operations across assigned function (development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or PMO)
• Support system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Participate in software development, testing, or system enhancements (where applicable)
• Assist in monitoring security alerts and ensuring adherence to IT security protocols
• Support project coordination, reporting, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support technology initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training programs, job rotations, and development initiatives
