Job Description – Desktop Support Engineer (Laptop Reimaging)

Location: Muscat, Oman

Number of Engineers Required: 1

Scope of Work:

• Reimage laptops using the Windows 25H2 operating system.
• Perform OS installation and ensure successful deployment on all assigned devices.
• Verify system functionality and perform post-installation checks.
• Ensure devices are fully operational and ready for user deployment.
• Troubleshoot any imaging or installation-related issues during the activity.
• Provide completion confirmation upon successful execution of the task.

Tools Required:

• Laptop
• Bootable Pendrive with Windows 25H2 Image

Engineer Requirements:

• Experience in laptop imaging and operating system deployment.
• Good troubleshooting skills for Windows-based devices.
• Ability to complete the activity independently within the scheduled timeframe.
