Information Technology Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting end users, managing assets, and resolving technical issues across both Windows and Mac environments. This role requires in-depth familiarity with ticketing systems and asset management tools, along with strong communication skills to provide exceptional support across a range of platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line IT support for both Windows and Mac users, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Manage and resolve technical tickets using systems such as ServiceNow and Jira .
  • Support and troubleshoot AV/Zoom-enabled conference rooms , ensuring smooth execution of meetings and events.
  • Offer hands-on support for Zoom and Microsoft Teams platforms.
  • Perform asset management and inventory tracking using tools such as Oomnitza , Jamf , and Zamf .
  • Administer user accounts and permissions using Google Admin Console and Azure AD .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and improve the overall IT support process.
  • Maintain documentation of support processes, recurring issues, and solutions.
