Role Purpose

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-user support, managing local network infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of video conferencing systems. This role will closely collaborate with the Global IT team to maintain high service standards and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software (PCs, printers, peripherals)
  • Deliver continuous support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Office components)
  • Configure, support, and troubleshoot local network devices (ISP Metro Ethernet/RF, routers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points)
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance
  • Manage printing services
  • Configure and maintain video conferencing devices, ensuring seamless meeting experiences and resolving AV-related issues
  • Perform hardware configuration, log analysis, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the Global IT team and external vendors for escalations and improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Basic understanding of networking (IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLAN, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with video conferencing systems and AV equipment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing end-user support in a corporate environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Good command of English communication skills
  • (Preferred) Relevant certifications such as MS-900 and CCNA
