IT Support Specialist
Location:
Paoli, PA (Fully Onsite – Corporate HQ)
Compensation:
$26.00/hr (W2 Contract) → Conversion to ~$50,000 Salary + Benefits
Summary
We are seeking a well-rounded IT Support Specialist to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Malvern. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for end-user support across hardware, software, and network-related issues.
This is a hands-on, fully onsite role supporting a professional office environment, ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who is comfortable working across multiple areas of IT and enjoys troubleshooting in a fast-paced setting.
This position begins as a contract role with strong potential to convert to a full-time salaried employee.
Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues

Support Microsoft 365 environment including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access provisioning)

Image, deploy, and configure new machines and equipment

Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (account setup, equipment provisioning)

Maintain and track IT assets and inventory

Support printers, conference room technology, and AV equipment

Document tickets, resolutions, and processes within ticketing system

Escalate complex issues to senior IT or infrastructure teams as needed

Assist with basic networking tasks (VPN support, connectivity troubleshooting)

Participate in system updates, patching, and routine maintenance activities
Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and common business applications

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Experience supporting printers, AV systems, and office technology

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users

Ability to work fully onsite in Malvern, PA
Nice to Have

Experience with imaging tools (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot)

Exposure to Azure AD or hybrid environments

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
