An ongoing client of ours at Talent is hiring IT Support Technicians to join their fast-growing San Jose office. We are hiring for a Senior level professional to support a scaling IT environment.
You’ll act as the frontline technical resource, supporting employees’ day-to-day computing needs — from hardware and helpdesk support through to onboarding and Microsoft 365 administration — helping the team stay productive, connected, and fully operational.
This is an initial 6-month contract to start.
Location: 5x/week onsite — San Jose, CA

What you'll do
Senior IT Support Technician

Act as escalation point for complex hardware, software, and M365 issues

Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Intune

Manage device lifecycle using Autopilot and endpoint management tools

Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows and ensure secure access provisioning

Support and improve helpdesk processes, ticket triage, and SLA management

Troubleshoot advanced issues across identity, access, and cloud services

Assist with IT infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives
What our client is looking for
Senior Level

3–6+ years in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint)

Hands-on experience with Autopilot, endpoint management, and device provisioning at scale

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and identity/access issues

Experience improving IT processes and supporting fast-growing environments

Strong ownership, independence, and escalation leadership

Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MD-102, etc.) strongly preferred
