Information Technology Support Technician

Akkodis is seeking an IT Technical Support for a Contract opportunity with a client in Anaheim, CA (onsite).

Terms:

Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person desktop support for Windows users.
• Troubleshoot and repair Dell & HP laptops/workstations.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and ServiceNow tickets.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service while following ITIL processes.

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with Dell & HP devices.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ServiceNow and ITIL.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• CompTIA A+ is a plus
