InfoSec Engineering Manager – Cloud & AI

Role Description:

Oversee the secure engineering and deployment of cloud platforms and AI solutions, ensuring compliance, resilience, and protection of sensitive assets.

Core Responsibilities:

•Lead implementation of secure cloud platforms and AI technologies across the bank.

•Define and enforce engineering standards for cloud and AI systems.

•Oversee secure configuration of cloud environments and ensure continuous monitoring.

•Ensure AI systems are securely deployed with protections for data privacy and integrity.

•Collaborate with architecture to validate secure designs for cloud and AI projects.

•Manage vendor relationships for cloud and AI security solutions, ensuring service quality.

•Ensure compliance of cloud and AI engineering practices with Industry compliances and security best practices.

•Supervise incident investigations involving cloud or AI platforms and ensure lessons learned are implemented.

•Oversee resilience and disaster recovery testing for cloud platforms and AI environments.

•Prepare and present dashboards on cloud/AI risk posture to governance forums.

•Lead automation initiatives for monitoring and securing cloud/AI services.

•Benchmark the bank’s cloud and AI security engineering practices against industry peers.

Technical Competencies:

• Cloud security engineering practices (Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Secure AI deployment and monitoring.
• Cloud configuration assurance.
• Vendor management for cloud/AI solutions.
• Compliance with ISO, PCI DSS, and CBE requirements.
• Security Certification CISSP , CISM , CEH

Domain Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Experience; 8-10 years of experience in Information Security field.
