Presales Team Leader - Cybersecurity

Job Description

• Designs highly technical solutions for all the integrated solution components.
• Identifies the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
• Acts as a consultant/advisor for the salesperson and client on the complex technical issues and conducts presentations when required.
• Reviews the technical components of the proposals, ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions before submission to the sales team for final compilation.
• Prepares technical write-up and associated drawings that describe the solution and highlight the advantages of the proposed solution.
• Studies the available solutions of the competitors to be able to provide the optimum solution, emphasising our strong points and hiding our weak points.
• Participates in customer meetings aimed at describing/discussing the proposed solution and highlighting advantages over competitors.
• Contributes to the regular preparation and update of the offering's portfolio.
• Work with the presales manager to determine the appropriate supplier and offerings.
• Develop technical documents and review the technical components of the proposals, ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions, before submission to the sales team for final compilation.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in engaging with stakeholders to identify security challenges, business needs, and compliance obligations, translating these into effective technical cybersecurity solutions.
• Expertise in designing integrated cybersecurity solutions that include firewalls, IPS/IDS, EDR/XDR, WAF, MFA, DLP, CASB, SIEM/SOAR, PAM, IAM, and NAC.
• Experience collaborating with leading vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Forcepoint, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, Beyond Trust, Kaspersky, One Identity, F5, and other security technology providers.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics & communication) or computer science.
