Infrastructure Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Foreman with a strong background in civil and infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, drainage, and related works. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of proven site supervision experience, ensuring that construction activities are executed according to plans, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations for infrastructure works, including roads, sewerage, water supply, stormwater, utilities, and earthworks.
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and equipment to achieve production targets.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Liaise with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, and Quality Control team to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, including manpower, equipment, and work progress.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and resources to avoid delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Foreman in infrastructure/civil construction projects (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage site crews and subcontractors.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid UAE/GCC Driving License (preferred).
