Infrastructure Foreman

Reports To: Site Supervisor / Project Engineer

Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities related to infrastructure works such as roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, and utilities. The role ensures that all work is executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for infrastructure works (roads, pipelines, drainage, utilities, etc.)
• Lead and manage site workers, operators, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and method statements
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Supervisors for task planning and execution
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and machinery
• Conduct site inspections and resolve operational issues promptly
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site
• Maintain daily work reports, manpower allocation, and progress updates
• Ensure quality of work meets project and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or technical certification (Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure construction projects
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure works (roads, drainage, sewer, water pipelines, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience managing labor teams and subcontractors
• Good communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UAE infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of local authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.)
• Familiarity with surveying levels and basic site measurements
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10.00 - AED20.00 per month
