Job Title: Infra Supervisor(Civil)

Location: Panampilly Nagar
CTC: Approx. ₹4.0 LPA (with a minor annual component)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Supervisor with a strong background in construction and site management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising upgradation and renovation works across civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (CMEP) domains. The role requires ensuring quality, timely project completion, and cost optimization while coordinating with vendors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Site In-Charge for small commercial and residential building projects.
• Oversee and manage Civil works.
• Plan, supervise, and execute upgradation and renovation works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within allocated budgets.
• Optimize cost and time duration for all infra works.
• Handle facility administration activities as required.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction and site supervision.
• Proven experience in site management and facility administration.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office (Auto cad ,Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to deliver quality output within deadlines while optimizing costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
