Essential Criteria:

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Two-year degree in Computer Science-related field or commensurate experience.
• Experience with IT support in a team environment.
• Knowledge of multiple OS platforms, including Windows, Unix and MacOS.
• Knowledge of VMware or other virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and other communication protocols.
• Familiarity with web-based technologies.
• Successful experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Standard procedures development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.
• Serves as part of on-call support schedule during non-working hours. Be available while on-call to respond to system alerts and helpdesk escalation.
• Weekend and after-hours work required frequently as part of system operation and maintenance.
• Will need to utilize a ladder or lift to install or pull network cable.
• Travel may be required to support remote office locations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Active Directory Account administration.
• Maintain operating systems.
• Conduct system backups periodically.
• Support desktop strategies from a network management perspective.
• Identify configuration management issues to be resolved and resolve user problems associated with node-to-node connectivity.
• Provide technical expertise, instruction, and support to system users.
• Function as point of escalation for Computer Technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
