Job Summary:

WBM Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Injection Mold Machine Operator for its Sheikhupura facility. The role involves operating injection molding machines, ensuring smooth production cycles, maintaining product quality, and supporting continuous manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have good technical understanding, attention to detail, and prior experience in plastic molding processes.

Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines throughout the production cycle.
• Set machine parameters based on mold type and product specifications.
• Load plastic raw materials (pellets) into machine hoppers.
• Ensure continuous and efficient machine performance during shifts.

Quality Control

• Inspect molded plastic products for defects such as cracks, deformities, under-filling, or discoloration.
• Ensure products meet WBM’s quality and dimensional standards.
• Report and correct quality issues promptly.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Adjust machine settings to resolve minor issues or improve product output.
• Report major breakdowns to the maintenance team immediately.

Production Management

• Maintain daily production logs, machine performance records, and rejection reports.
• Coordinate with the production supervisor to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of molds and finished products.

Workplace Safety

• Follow all safety guidelines while operating machines and handling hot materials.
• Use personal protective equipment (gloves, safety goggles, etc.) at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Matric/Intermediate; Technical diploma or machine operator training preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in injection molding or plastic production.
• Knowledge of machine controls, mold changeovers, and material handling.
• Ability to work in shifts and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic mechanical knowledge for machine adjustments.
• Experience in quality inspection and defect identification.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
