The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings . 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging technologies and market trends.
• Identify and structure innovation use cases aligned with business priorities.
• Support the development and evaluation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects.
• Assist in preparing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Presales, Operations, and Technical Departments.
• Document innovation initiatives, track progress, and report performance indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of innovation processes and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or any related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Structured thinking with attention to detail.
• Exposure to AI, IoT, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, or Automation technologies.
