Innvictis Crop Care Senior Procurement Manager

Summary

The Senior Procurement Manager, will lead and manage the complexity of Innvictis crop protection business across the portfolio. Responsibilities include but are not limited to sourcing, quality control, inventory movement and logistics to SGS and within SGS, cost efficiency and the planning of purchases to meet the timeline demands of each product.

• 
  Preferred location: Boise, Idaho. Remote arrangements may be considered for candidates with the right experience. Travel could be up to 35%, all domestic.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and procurement for $400M in technical AI, finished goods, & raw materials for Innvictis Crop Protection products.
• Develop relationships with key U.S. and International suppliers to ensure supply and the overall supply chain of the Innvictis Crop Protection Products.
• Drive supply chain activities and direction through the Customer Service procurement team. Develop relationships and market insight to ensure Innvictis products are at competitive levels in the marketplace.
• Work to expand the Innvictis supplier base to drive consistent product quality with multiple global sourcing options for each product to give Innvictis the greatest flexibility & advantage in product availability and sourcing.
• Lead the overall supply chain process for crop protection to be the most dependable of all SGS suppliers while working in conjunction with SGS procurement to manage CPP ending inventories.
• Work in conjunction with SGS procurement to balance loyalty programs to ensure that we maximize profits as we remain loyal.
• Work with the Innvictis regulatory team to ensure labels and sourcing meets all EPA requirements.
• Lead a team of customer service specialists for crop protection.

Typical Education

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from 4-year college or university

Relevant Experience

10+ years related experience and/or training

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirements.
