Job Description & Summary A career within Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage technology to enhance their customer experiences,

• Responsibilities: · Use best practices with respect to application development, integration, deployment, unit & system testing · Responsible for overall project schedule & planning which includes developing and coordinating realistic project plan, including key milestones, success metrics, and drive progress to achieve project plan within time and budget constraints from concept to launch for US based customers ·

• Mandatory skill sets

· Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and trace business and functional requirements. · Process & Data Analysis: Map current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. · Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive solution alignment. · Testing & Validation: Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure business needs are met. · Proficient in: Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, Confluence. · Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models. · Testing and Trading & Supply Domain Knowledge in Oil & Gas sector: · Understanding of trading lifecycle (pre-deal to settlement) • Familiarity with ETRM systems (Endur, Aligne, etc.) • Awareness of commodity markets and regulatory compliance .

• Preferred skill sets

• 7 – 11 yrs of relevant experience • Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business Administration, or related field. . Relevant certifications; CCBA/ECBA + Agile certifications • Business Process Modeling, Change Management, UI/UX Design Thinking • Data Visualization, Analytics, and Modeling • Generative AI Use Cases, Storytelling

• Years of experience required

• 6+ years of experience in client facing implementation work

• Education Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree 6+ years overall experience in Software development · B.E/B.Tech + MBA
