POSITION SUMMARY
Maintain and expand relationships with strategically relevant multi-location customers, in order to develop strategic, long-lasting partnerships. Achieve bookings goals and assigned strategic account objectives while representing the full range of services provided by Integra Technologies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

Effectively and strategically utilize current and new market sales information, analysis, pricing and sales analytical data to provide input in support of Integra’s goals. Recommend best practices to increase pricing and reduce costs.

Provide quotations to customers while meeting internal gross margin targets.

Track performance to bookings targets and identify areas to close bookings gaps.

Follow-up on PO timelines from the customer and provide a bookings forecast.

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts in order to develop strategic, long lasting partnerships.

Ensure that policies and procedures for areas of responsibilities align with the Company’s objectives in support of Integra’s strategic plan.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Subject Matter Experts to achieve business, operations, and quality objectives in addition to performance goals.

Provide ongoing assessment, clarification and validation of customer needs. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet and exceed Company standards.

Analyze Total and Served Available/Addressable Markets (TAM and SAM).

Provide updates in weekly sales meeting.

Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred; however, a combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
Experience: Experience in Sales and/or Strategic business development in Semiconductor industry preferred; to include full back-end semiconductor services starting from wafer sort, thinning and dicing through die-attach, wire-bond, package sealing, and final test.
