Inside Sales Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager located in Wrightsville, PA. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining records of sales activities. The role requires working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Building, and Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Wrightsville, PA
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the steel or aluminum industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
