Role Purpose

The Inside Sales & Customer Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions and sales coordination in a structured, disciplined manner.

This role acts as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling quotations, order coordination, and internal follow-ups with procurement and accounts—without independent authority over pricing, credit, or commitments.

The role is execution-focused, process-driven, and critical to maintaining a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send quotations to customers via email and WhatsApp using approved pricing and formats
  • Follow up on quotations to obtain feedback, LPOs, or revisions
  • Receive, review, and validate customer LPOs for accuracy
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with procurement on:
  • Product availability
  • Lead times
  • Order confirmation
  • Coordinate with accounts on:
  • Customer credit status
  • Invoice issuance
  • Payment follow-ups (non-confrontational)

Order & Documentation Management

  • Ensure all orders are properly documented and approved before processing
  • Maintain accurate records of:
  • Quotations
  • Orders
  • Customer communication
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and approval workflows

Process & Discipline

  • Follow defined sales, pricing, and credit procedures strictly
  • Escalate exceptions or customer requests before committing
  • Support management in improving sales coordination processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
