Inside Sales Designer

Looking to further your career in Graphic Design and Business Administration? SnapLock Industries is hiring an Inside Sales Designer to prepare project layouts, renderings, and proposals that align with customer specifications and brand standards for SnapSports court projects around the world! This position also manages the drafting and administration of direct sales agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. The Inside Sales Designer plays a key role in coordinating between customers, sales representatives, and production to ensure projects are well-documented, visually represented, and ready for order processing.

Your Day to Day

Sales & Design Support

• Prepare detailed project layouts, court designs, and customer renderings using SnapSports design tools and templates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to translate customer requirements into accurate and visually appealing design presentations.
• Provide timely project support for quotes, site verification documents, and customer follow-up materials.
• Assist in developing standard design templates, ensuring consistency with SnapSports’ brand and product guidelines.

Sales Agreement Management

• Draft and manage direct sales agreements for the SnapSports sales team, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and scope of work.
• Maintain records of all executed agreements, revisions, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all necessary project approvals, deposits, and documentation are complete prior to production.
• Ensure clear Installation Specifications: Finalize all design packages to ensure they contain clear and detailed installation specifications for the customer and/or the SnapSports authorized installer network.
• Work with the National Sales Manager to ensure all agreements meet SnapSports compliance and contractual standards.

Customer & Internal Coordination

• Support communication with customers during the design and agreement stages to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and logistics teams to confirm feasibility, timing, and material requirements for designed projects.
• Assist in managing CRM and project tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Technical Spcifications: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including materials lists, exact product specifications, and installation notes to ensure seamless handoff to the operations and installation teams

What We Would Love About You

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, project design, or customer support—preferably in a design/build or contracting environment.
• Strong proficiency in layout or CAD-based design tools (experience with court or sports facility layouts a plus).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Customer Focus: Understands and anticipates customer needs to deliver excellent support.
• Collaboration: Works effectively with team members and internal departments.
• Organization: Manages multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
