Inside Sales Engineer

HIOKI, a Japanese manufacturer of electrical measuring instruments located in Dubai Airport Free Zone, is looking for dynamic individuals to join the team.

Job Title: Inside Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in customer acquisition by conducting cold calls, identifying new prospects, and supporting lead-generation activities.
• Support the sales team in expanding the customer base and nurturing existing relationships.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or customer support/service coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
