Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with clients (architects, contractors, designers, homeowners) to understand their lighting needs and project requirements.
- Utilize AutoCAD software to analyze lighting plans and specifications, determining the appropriate lighting fixtures and quantities for each project.
- Prepare detailed and competitive quotes, including product specifications, pricing, and labor estimations.
- Present lighting solutions to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of various products.
- Follow up with clients to address their questions and concerns, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and project details.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest lighting technologies, trends, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, engineering) to ensure project fulfillment.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lighting sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various lighting fixtures, applications, and technologies (LED, incandescent, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for lighting design and plan analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
