Telesales / Inside sales Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Telesales Executive/ Inside sales Support Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and promoting IT products and services. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote ELV, AV and IT solutions.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide product information and pricing to potential customers
  • Schedule appointments for business development team when necessary
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide product information and resolve basic issues or escalate as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and prospect information

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management.
  • Track sales performance and highlight gaps or opportunities.
  • Maintain documentation related to contracts, proposals, and agreement

Lead Management:

  • Support lead generation activities and qualify incoming leads.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure closure

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales or technical product support.
  • Knowledge of sales metrics and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in IT or technology-related products/services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
