As an Inside Sales Engineer , you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging customers, qualifying opportunities, supporting sales activities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you will help connect customers with innovative compressed air solutions and contribute to our continued success.

Position: Inside Sales Engineer

Your role

As Inside Sales Engineer, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Conduct proactive outbound sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Qualify, manage, and follow up on leads through the sales pipeline.
• Create and maintain opportunities within the CRM system and ensure accurate sales tracking.
• Support customers with product inquiries and coordinate with Sales Engineers to ensure timely closure of opportunities.
• Handle selected inside sales opportunities for compressors and ancillary equipment.
• Support and host webinars, customer seminars, workshops, and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management teams to support lead-generation campaigns and customer engagement activities.

To Succeed, You Will Need:

Personality Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 1-3 Years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Experience in industrial equipment, compressors, or compressed air systems is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Valued Attributes

Experience in industrial sales, customer service, or inside sales is highly valued. Knowledge of compressed air equipment or industrial products is a plus. We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
