Inside Sales Executive (Sales-Driven)

Location: Sector 2, Noida

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline. The role requires strong communication, excellent follow-up discipline, and expertise in using Advanced Excel to manage reports and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound leads.
  • Identify business opportunities and nurture them through regular follow-ups.
  • Maintain lead databases, call logs, and follow-up trackers in Excel.
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversions.
  • Consistently achieve lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate (any stream), 1–3 years of experience in inside sales/ telecalling/ telesales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
