Inside Sales Executive

About Us:

We are a fast-growing IT & ITeS solutions company specializing in Web & Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, and related services. We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our team and contribute to driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Explain company services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings/demos with the business development/technical team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients for repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and share proposals/quotations in coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with 1–2 years of experience in IT & ITeS sales.
  • Strong understanding of web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and branding services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

  • Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
