Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist We are seeking a confident and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with 0-2 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably with a background in USA sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS sales, EMR/EHR systems, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. - Present and demonstrate our SaaS healthcare solutions to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits of our EMR and EHR systems. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and sales growth. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
