Lead Generation Specialist

India

Role Summary

The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns to generate high-quality leads across all VIS programs. This includes creating and managing digital campaigns, handling inbound lead inquiries, and ensuring all leads meet the pre-defined quality standards before passing them to the recruitment or admissions teams. The role is fully remote, with performance tied to measurable lead-generation targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation Campaigns

  • Create, launch, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) to drive leads for VIS verticals.
  • Manage job board postings (Indeed, Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs) for workforce and hospitality recruitment.
  • Maintain landing pages, lead capture forms, and chatbots to maximize conversions.
  • Identify new lead-generation opportunities: WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, referral networks, and industry forums.

Lead Management & Quality Control

  • Monitor inbound leads, verify initial data, and ensure they meet eligibility criteria before transferring to recruiters or program managers.
  • Apply pre-screen filters (experience, education, location, budget/visa readiness) to classify “hot,” “warm,” and “cold” leads.
  • Maintain a CRM/ATS system to track all leads and their stages.

Content & Outreach

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design creatives, ads, and videos for different VIS programs.
  • Send bulk emails, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture existing leads.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL).

Reporting & Optimization

  • Report daily and weekly lead-generation metrics to Digital Marketing Manager and Recruitment Head.
  • Track CPL, lead quality scores, and conversion-to-application ratios.
  • Adjust campaigns and channels based on performance analytics.

Performance Expectations / KPIs

  • Generate X number of quality leads per week for each VIS vertical (targets set monthly).
  • Maintain CPL under target (e.g., under ₹100 for student leads, under ₹250 for hospitality leads).
  • Achieve minimum 30–40% qualified-to-application conversion rate.
  • Keep CRM updated with 100% accuracy for all leads.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or inside sales (education or recruitment sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for quality and cost.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Salary & Incentives (Work From Home) : Up to ₹18,000 + Incentive + Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
