Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain EdyunayWorld’s language training programs.
  • Counsel and guide learners on course benefits, structure, fees, and placement opportunities.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information.
  • Build strong rapport with potential learners to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and managers to ensure smooth admission processes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • L1-L2 Grade 6months -1 year experience; L3 Grade 1-2 years in telesales/telemarketing/inside sales (EdTech, training, or similar background preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi mandatory, additional languages a plus).
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales over phone.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Education:

  • Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (Any stream).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: For L1-L2 Grade₹13,000 – 15,000 For L3 -L4 ₹18,000 -23,000 per month (based on experience).

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days working (Monday – Saturday).
  • Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
