Synopsis: As a Inside sales representative, you will be required to

communicate with the customers and up-sell the products and services.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and taking demos on video calls also following up on the same leads

· Upselling products and services

· Answering potential customers' questions & queries

· Keeping up with product information

· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

· Closing sales and achieving sales targets

Key Skill:

· Keen interest in sales as a profession

· Strong computer literacy

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel

· Strong communication skills
