Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and processes to optimize conversion rates and pipeline management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on team performance, sales metrics, and forecast accuracy.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to improve team skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and effective lead management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand business within existing accounts.
- Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay current with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 - 5+ years of inside sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and foster a performance-driven culture.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales automation tools.
