Inside Sales Executive

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and processes to optimize conversion rates and pipeline management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on team performance, sales metrics, and forecast accuracy.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to improve team skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and effective lead management.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand business within existing accounts.
  • Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 - 5+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to motivate a team and foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
