Position: Inside Sales Executive (Engineering Support)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Education & Experience:
- Diploma or BTech in Mechanical Engineering (must)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, or engineering support (preferably in industrial/B2B environment)
- Freshers with strong technical understanding and communication skills may also be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on technical quotations based on RFQs
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings/specifications to respond to customer queries
- Coordinate with internal teams (purchase, logistics, finance) for smooth order processing and fulfilment
- Maintain accurate records of RFQs, quotations, orders, invoices, and correspondence in CRM/ERP systems
- Organize and manage technical documentation (catalogues, datasheets, compliance documents)
- Provide timely order updates and post-sales support to customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Support sales engineers with document preparation, scheduling, and customer coordination
- Assist in preparing sales reports and identifying process improvement opportunities
Key Skills:
- Understanding of technical drawings, RFQs, and industrial product specifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with CRM/ERP tools
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple departments
