About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will focus on driving growth for our IT distribution portfolio. You will initiate and nurture relationships with existing and new partners, promote our product portfolio, and achieve sales targets through virtual and telephone engagement, working closely with the field channel team.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Develop strong customer relationships with channel partners across the Region to generate sales revenue.
  • Actively manage the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and long-term growth across all product categories.
  • Respond to enquiries and requests for quotes in a timely manner.
  • Map out a highly detailed sales pipeline on the CRM for new and repeat business; constantly push opportunities along the funnel towards conversion.
  • Engage with Channel Partners during marketing events, pull partners into trainings and product webinars, and work with sales leaders on closing deals.

Account Management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales Coordination team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Provide regular updates to management on account status, opportunities, and challenges.

Planning & Reporting:

  • Sales reporting and analysis including presenting to management a thorough understanding of partner’s objectives including their Return on Investment.
  • Keeping abreast of issues affecting distribution.
