Job Description – Inside Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai (Only Mumbai-based candidates can apply)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (Final CTC based on interview performance)
Notice Period: Up to 20 Days
Preferred Candidates: Female candidates preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and efficient Inside Sales Executive with experience in inside sales or tele-sales, preferably from the construction industry. The candidate must be based only in Mumbai; applicants from outside the city are not eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and online sources.
  • Maintain and update client data, records, and follow-up trackers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.
  • Support the field sales team with coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic MIS reports using MS Office.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Work with targets and contribute to monthly lead generation goals.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the construction sector is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Must be currently residing in Mumbai. (Candidates outside Mumbai are not eligible.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
