Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, updating CRM data, engaging in sales calls, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Gather customer contact details from various sources and follow up with potential leads.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and professional networking.
  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Clearly communicate product/service value and confidently address customer queries and objections.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts while ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company standards.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Actively participate in internal team meetings and planning sessions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings to effectively support the sales process.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Analyze sales metrics and activities to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.

Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales (preferably in IT/software/service industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
