What You'll Do

Responsible for coordinating activities related to clients' accounts.

Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities

Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts

Setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and Emails

Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass it to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response.

Building business relationships with current and potential clients

Collaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts.

Doing extensive Market Research on all potential clients

Developing customized targeted sales strategies

Coordinating business generation activities

Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
