Job Description:

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive (Not a target based role) to support our UK Property Management operations. This role involves working closely with UK-based clients, handling property marketing, coordinating with councils and charities, and managing the end-to-end client closure process.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in an international business development and real estate process. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with UK-based clients and internal teams
  • Market UK properties on leading UK portals
  • Run email campaigns to Councils and Charities for available properties
  • Schedule and manage property viewings
  • Conduct client eligibility and affordability checks
  • Close deals and prepare agreements for signing
  • Handle client queries, discrepancies, and complaints professionally Maintain accurate records and meet turnaround timelines

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Confident telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willingness to work in UK shifts

Experience:

  • 1–2 years in international process / business development / sales preferred
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Shift Timings (UK Shift):

Summer: Mon–Fri (12:30 PM – 10:30 PM), Sat (12:30 PM – 7:00 PM)

Winter: Mon–Fri (1:30 PM – 11:30 PM), Sat (1:30 PM – 8:00 PM)

✔ Alternate Saturdays off

Salary & Benefits:

₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month + performance incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
