About the Role:

We are looking for a smart and passionate Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our automotive business. The ideal candidate will engage with car owners, distributors, and garages to promote our car care services and products, build strong customer relationships, and convert inquiries into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and partners
  • Handle WhatsApp and CRM inquiries (Zoho / Hubspot).
  • Understand customer needs for products like ceramic coatings, PPF, tinting, accessories, and detailing solutions.
  • Explain product benefits, pricing, and offers confidently in English.
  • Schedule follow-ups and update call notes in CRM daily.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order confirmations.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Prior experience in automotive, accessories, or detailing industry preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
