Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team for promoting Online MBA and Management Programs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, disciplined, and ready to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential students and working professionals to promote Online MBA programs.
  • Conduct telephonic and video counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Manage end-to-end admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Sincere, hardworking, and self-disciplined.
  • No shift timing issues; flexible to work extended hours during admission peak periods.
  • Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Comfortable working in a 6-day work environment (Sunday fixed off).
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or inside sales will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
