Inside Sales Executive - Freshers

Role Summary:

An Inside Sales Executive talks to customers over phone, WhatsApp, email, or online platforms. The role is to explain company services clearly and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
• Explain company services in a simple and clear manner
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services
• Maintain lead details and follow-up records
• Support senior sales executives in closing deals
• Coordinate with internal teams after sales confirmation
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets

Skills Required:

• Good communication and listening skills
• Willingness to learn sales techniques
• Confidence to speak with customers
• Target-oriented attitude

Qualification & Experience:

• Any degree (UG / PG)
• Freshers can apply
• Training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
