Sky Ocean Freight & Cargo Services is a leading logistics company specializing in freight forwarding and cargo handling. We’re looking for a skilled Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive B2B sales growth.

Job Summary:

You will manage inbound/outbound B2B client communication, convert leads into business clients, and achieve sales targets in freight forwarding and logistics services. This role is office-based at Malappuram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Follow up and convert warm/cold leads into clients
• Maintain CRM records and update sales activities
• Coordinate with operations for smooth client service
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales or tele-sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B industry (mandatory)
• Proven experience in B2B sales with business clients (exporters, importers, manufacturers)
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Comfortable using CRM and MS Excel
• Target-driven, proactive, and professional
• Able to work full-time from Malappuram office

Salary & Benefits:
