Inside Sales Executive (Night Shift)

Are you good at sales and speak with a US accent? We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your main job will be to make cold calls and close deals with clients in the US. We need someone who has at least one year of sales experience and is highly motivated to hit targets and make good money.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and email prospective customers to pitch our services.
• Speak clearly with US clients using a strong US accent.
• Keep track of your daily work and client details in our CRM software.
• Share feedback with the marketing team to make our outreach better.
• Create and present simple sales offers to potential clients.
• Talk about prices and terms to close successful business deals.
• Keep following up with your prospects until they buy from us.

Job Requirements:

• Must have past experience working in a call center environment.
• Minimum education must be Intermediate.
• Strong English communication skills with experience handling US clients.
• Ready to work night shifts: Monday to Friday from 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT.
• Must want a long-term position with the company.
• Must live in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and be able to travel to DHA Phase 1 daily.
• Want to work hard to hit targets and maximize your salary and commissions.

Compensation & Bonus Packages:

• Regular basic salary: PKR 80,000/-
• Level 1 Target: Hit this and your basic salary for the month becomes PKR 150,000/- right away.
• Level 2 Target: Get a 15% fixed commission paid in USD for all sales past this mark. Plus, no attendance deductions will be cut from your salary this month.
• Level 3 Target: Get a 20% fixed commission paid in USD for all sales past this mark.

Training and Probation:

Every new hire goes through a compulsory 1-week paid training program. We will teach you everything about our services, presentation skills, and how to close deals. You will receive a fixed training pay of PKR 5,000/- after clearing a mock call, which is paid with your first monthly salary. After training, you need to clear the evaluation phase by closing 2-3 sales before the first month ends.
