- Handle both outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential property buyers, investors, and existing clients.
- Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads received through various channels such as online portals, marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, including property features, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested clients, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
- Work proactively to achieve individual and team targets related to lead conversions, bookings, and revenue.
- Maintain and update client details, project information, and communication history in the ERP system and internal databases.
- Prepare and share periodic reports on lead status, customer feedback, and sales progress with the management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closing.
- Maintain professionalism, positive communication, and excellent service standards while interacting with clients.
- Freshers are welcome – candidates with good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn will be provided with full training and guidance.
