  • Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve business targets.

· Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to deliver high performance.

· Drive lead generation, follow-up, and conversion through calls, emails, and digital outreach.

· Track pipeline, conversion ratios, and overall sales performance using CRM tools.

· Engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose relevant solutions.

· Collaborate with marketing and operations for effective campaign execution and client onboarding.

· Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance dashboards.

· Maintain high standards of sales discipline, client communication, and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
